Go-live

Three ways to launch. One stack.

You always own the brand and the licence. We differ on how much of the lobby, ops and integration you run yourself.

A sandbox can stand up quickly. A licensed first deposit follows the regulator you named — that is months of work on MGA or UKGC paths, not a weekend.

Models

Pick the commercial shape before we map the stack.

Turnkey White label API
Brand Yours. We configure the full product. Yours. Skin, domains and cashier on our platform. Yours. You build the lobby on our APIs.
Licence You hold it. We ship the matching rule pack. You hold it. You hold it.
What we run Platform, originals, aggregation, payments, KYC, back office. Platform and back office. You own marketing and support tone. Wallet, games, payments, KYC as services. Your UI.
First deposit Fastest path once KYC and rails are live for that market. After branding and the same market pack. After your lobby talks to launch, wallet and cashier.
After go-live Same desk: risk, content, incidents. Same desk. Same desk on the API; you own the front end.
Sequence

What a project actually does.

1. Brief

Market, licence path, product mix (Kori, live, slots, crypto). We map turnkey, white label or API.

2. Sandbox

Keys, a branded lobby shell, Kori on the same wallet as a stub cashier. This is where “fast” is real.

3. Market pack

KYC step-up, RG limits, payment rails and reporting for that licence. This is where the calendar is honest.

4. First deposit

Risk rules on, payouts queued, originals and studios in one lobby. We stay on the desk.

Ready to map a stack

Send market, licence and mix. We come back with a model, not a generic deck.
